Big Bang 4th mini album top #2 on album sales chart on 1st half of 2011


DBSK is the group which tops the album sales chart in the 1st half of the year.

Gaon Chart has counted the number of albums sales (domestic sales) from 1st of January to 30th of June. DBSK's 5th regular album, 'Why (Keep Your Head Down' tops the chart with a total sales of 230922. 

'Why' was the album released domestically by DBSK after 2 years. This regular album had topped the record sales in the 1st quarter of this year. And 'Why (Keep Your Head Down) REPACKAGE album has also sold 55234 copies out.which enables it to rank 9th in the sale chart of the 1st half of this year. If we add up the sales of these two albums, the sales number is amounted to 300000. 


Big Bang's 4th mini album has attained 133951 sales and ranks 2nd in the chart. The 'Special Edition' in which 'Love Song' and 'Stupid Liar' are included have also sold 83726 copies which put it on 6th spot.

Beast released their 1st regular album.' Fact and Fiction' in last May, and the sales have already reached 100000 copies and the number is expected to keep increasing. It ranks 3rd in the chart now. Up to 30th, June, Beast's 'Fact and Faction; has already sold out 111201 copies.
